Electrical issues and running toilet

Impeccably clean room with a beautiful view of downtown whatsoever. Particularly good and perfect location in Saint Louis short walk to museums, Zoo, "The Hill " and the Botanical Garden and restaurants. Also, to the zoo or art museum.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The personnel was welcoming and pleasant. The room was warm enough and quiet, and had all the necessary equipment. The location was great with Mama Toscano's Ravioli nearby, where we could eat.

Service at the breakfast was a bit off, good food but sercice was not prompt.

The bed was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean; we would love to come back. Rewritten: We had a great night's sleep in a comfy bed and the room was really clean; we definitely want to return.

Spacious rooms and cleanliness

Door Room Locks were not working properly and had to go down to sort this down.

Immaculately clean hotel in a nice building. Near to the freeways, Forest Park, Bud Light Brewery, zoo, science center. Rooms come with a microwave and mini fridge. Good choice of food available in the restaurant. Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ideal location close to downtown.

The location was perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pillows and covers on the bed were soft and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the attractions we wanted to visit, such as the zoo and art museum. The hotel was also easy to access from the highway and had a variety of food options nearby.

No room available despite booking online. Rude front desk staff.

Friendly service. Restaurant and front desk. I forgot my toiletries bag and got there at 11:30 pm after driving 14 hours and had to be at an all day meeting at 7:30 am, They gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant. Super comfy bed. Everything was great at a price that couldn't be beat.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was Excellent. Brittany who helped us change our dates due to bad weather ( I had to drive 2 hrs away for surgery) and check out was particularly helpful. She made a stressful time for me much easier!! All staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and a great location near sights and close to I-44 and airport.

There was some kind of Mardi Gras thing going on nearby and the hotel was full of very young, very loud people who were partying (loud music, yelling, slamming of doors and other items, etc.) very loudly until after midnight.
